Working with the marketing team, we created a website that serves as a powerful sales tool. By incorporating UX into the process, we identified content areas for multiple user personas – including users with little knowledge of the company’s services, users in the decision phase of their buyer journey, and CPA partners.
Multiple industry focused pages were created to provide additional inbound marketing opportunities. The vibrant imagery and modern layout reflect the innovation and energy CTI brings to their work, and helps them stand out in a conservative industry.
